THE WAY OF NATURE

FROM Bloom TO BOTTLE

Pioneering sustainable agricultural and production practices, Thistlerock Mead Company is making the world’s most ancient beverage in a whole new way: with our pollinators, our people, and our planet at the very center of everything we do.

OUR MEADS

This traditional mead using a proprietary blend of local Central Virginia wildflower honeys is a love song to the land that sustains us. Piedmont Wildflower is our foundational mead, the purest representation of Thistlerock’s estate terroir in a glass.
