Many of Thistlerock’s farm hives collect nectar from Wayflowering’s vibrant flower fields, enhancing  the honey’s unique flavor and bouquet.

Co-located with Thistlerock Mead Company, Wayflowering uses regenerative farming (such as no till, no spray) practices to restore the natural health of the soil, sequestering carbon, and strengthening local ecosystems and pollinator habitats. Largely a cut-your-own flower farm, Wayflowering also ensures greater longevity for pollen and nectar sources than a traditional commercial flower operation. A social enterprise in its own right, Wayflowering also provides pathways for refugees displaced by violence to create careers and rebuild their lives.
