Else is a current MBA student, who decided to ditch corporate recruiting to help launch Thistlerock Mead Company (clearly, the right choice). Prior to starting her MBA, Else worked for an immigration nonprofit in Santa Fe, New Mexico and an award-winning social enterprise in Bogotá, Colombia. Eager to use her newly developed business skills to create social impact, Else is Thistlerock’s resident Excel nerd. When she’s not plotting Thistlerock’s global takeover or attending class, Else can be found getting overly competitive at the Crossfit box, spending time with her beloved cat Gustavo, or exploring Central Virginia with her fiancé Nick.
